Swimming with Dolphins – New Zealand

We were wandering along Ship Creek beach when people started pointing out to sea . . . ‘Dolphins!’ The kids stripped down to their underwear and swam out about 30 or 40 metres to join them. Was a highlight of our South Island road trip. These are Hectors Dolphins, a species endemic to New Zealand.
